Nutes in soil, is this ok for my auto at seedling stage?

Hey Docs i bought promix soil for my auto and was woundering is the nutes too strong or too poor for my plant gonna post pic and my plant is in its week 1 of seedling stage and gonna buy furtz in 2 weeks for veg stage any recomendations for nutes for veg and flowering? And one more question for now but i got a light with 2 modes on it 50 and 100% i should only keep it at 50 till flowering i geusse and should i keep running 18-6 light schedule for the auto?

Seedling looks fine to me. I can't comment as i don't use promix. After 2wks i call veg until it flowers. I mix my organic soil with extra perilite, worm castings and coco coir. I start feeding growth ferts after week 3-4 just depends on how they look to me.
