So love the site had a question. Been reading a bit an haven't seen any threads on this topic.

Back when I was learning we had a basic A and B. 2 part nutrients. Often not labeled with what was inside. This was like the inside. Secret. I know several who only used this. Veg an bloom formulas. Nothing more.

Fast forward an now I make and add nutrients into my dirt an several different type of nutrients to the water that the plants like but all has been tweaked an learned over time... I still see this A/B on the shelf but pass it up for what I know. Bat guano, microbes, vitamin b, etc... now its hard to keep from chasing your tail or being tempted to try a new fancy label product promising you the world class buds we all want...

But what I want to know is what are you folks using? ? I see too many times packages Like buy these 9 bottles an it's all you need. Or this bottle is great, but only when used with this whole line for past 6 weeks. Just seems like selling us more then what you need... or is it for money they try to sell each product chemical in different bottle?? I'm trying to find a new more simple nutrient line. As my days get busy i need to make as much simple as i can.. any advice or list of what success your having with what would be great... I've been looking to switch to Advance Nutrients just fyi.

Well I've ran canna terra, I've ran botanicare, I've ran psycho, and I've ran advanced, and we'll in the end I went with advanced and been using it for years.it's far from simple, but it's very user friendly. ya people a bias, and afraid to invest but Imo they are at the top of the food chain I see no problem with other a+b formulas, but advanced keeps my ph in check "most the time" I substitute a few products, like nirvana I use liquid karma from botanicare instead , also I use silica blast instead of rhino skin. I add molasses to my resevior, and some of caps bennies. how big is your grow, you could always start with the 250 ml bottles if you don't wanna spend that much see how it goes..

Ya big Mikes a skum bag but that's old news there products speak for the company as a whole. and we'll they are great!

Gl happy farmin

P.s if you wanna see what they can do check out my past and current grow logs down below.

I got 14 in 5 gallon buckets in bud currently and 13 in veg. I run them in pro mix hp, and mix in some bat guano and great white in the soil. Bud is with 600hps with the big round reflector. Veg is with 250mh. And t5 for the clones. I prefer to use a 1000hps, but room and heat are an issue. I'm trying to go large an heavy vs. Small an bunch of numbers, I've had 100 plant setup in my SeaOfGreen. A family member has convinced me the bigger is better in size, not numbers.
So giving this a go. Any suggestion is always appreciated. Thanks

Well regardless of numbers of plant count you can start with small bottles and do a side by side with a few plants see if you notice a difference and adjust accordingly ..

Imo bigger isn't always better it depends on what your trying to achieve. if you want least amount of veg time i.e. down time not flowering, if you go so your veg time is gonna be cut down drastically , I find six plants under one 600w is Ideal with 2_3 weeks of veg. but that's just me Gl my friend.

My current garden seems to really like Sierra Natural Science line of nutrients. First time using SNS. This is an all organic grow also. Pictures in the LED grow light thread.

Hello everyone fairly new to farming but I am very passionate and hungry for knowledge.
First grow with AN and I switched to coco pearlite mix I have never seen such rapid growth in veg.
One question after I feed CalMag from AN at 200ppm or 1mL per liter my plants showed signs of nitrogen toxicity. I read that calmag should be added every watering due to coco holding on to mag but I am using the two part based nutrient A/B coco blom. Should I still add cal mag even though I'm using coco base formula? I'm also using RO water. Only a few plants gave me the claw no tip burns but they are very dark green.
Any inputs are appreciate. Happy farming

im new to indoors my sister has been growing for many years indoors , her NL I smoked was killer , she sent me what she uses so I'm going to give non organic nutes a go any input of what she has sent would be good I've never used anything like this I've been organic .
