Nutrients for the seedling stage in coco-coir?

I’m using Jacks 3 part system for my next grow (it worked great on my previous grow) and my buddy said to mist the seedlings with half strength Jacks and guessing a little cal-mag might be beneficia.

What do most other growers use durning this early stage and or is there a better nutrient to use?

Well it depends how old. The first couple weeks they have enough nutrients . Around 1.5 weeks ill do quart strength then when they look like they need more nutrients ill do half strength and then the same for full strength. The lower leaves start to fade when it needs more nutrients.
