Obama getting office was a very much needed change here in the states. He was by far the better candidate and he has a wife thats just as intelligent as he is, definitely not the case for McCain!

Now the faster we can bring this war to a close, the faster we can get our economy back on track. And the faster our economy gets back on track, the more growing gear i can afford!

I really hate to say this guys but Obama is not going to save the world. In fact he will pull out of Iraq and go balls to the walls in some other place probably Afghanistan or pakistan.
As long as the media, the bankers,the drug companies, wall street and the military industrial complex are in charge of the US, we will not get any major changes for the better. Its going to take an effort by everyone to force them to change.

OK, folks, lets stop all the name calling. Many of us had to suffer through 8 years of Dubbya, and many of us will have to suffer through Obama. One thing that we all must remember is that no president can just make things happen like magic. There is a reason there are 3 branches of government, to perform checks and balances and to keep the president from becoming too powerful. So, even if Obama wanted to drop the bomb on the whole middle east he is going to have to go through the same channels W. would have. So things will change, mostly because the Senate and the Congress are Democratic as well, not because Obama says it will. But I guess that shows something about what the people of the USA want, a change from how the country has been run.

Another thing to think about is that Obama will surround himself with experienced and intelligent advisers. And lets not forget how smart Obama actually is, his IQ is above 160 (that is a genius IQ), so I am sure that he will make choices that are well though out and what he believes will truly be best for our country.

I'm afraid of both candidates and the others as well, lol!
In my eyes the president isn't more or less a marionette that has to do what certain people or lobbyists want them to do and we'll see how Obama will face that or how long it takes until they want his chair back!

I personally see more hope for the whole world and stability with Obama!
This election was more or less, not only an american election, the whole world was really looking forward to see Obama winning! Not only the US citizens suffered from G.W. Bush, in my eyes he made the whole world damn fucking bad and caused much much trouble!

For me it was a good sign and lots of hope for African and Arabian people! Hope he will bring all of them together!
I see something special in Barak Obama, so I hope he will be strong and do something for the people!
