Iv ran loads of fems and i almost NEVER get herms, nanners or anything.infact i have 2 cuts from s1 gg4 & theyr solid.although im told there were 2 more that DID herm.
iv never ran the white or any white crosses and probably wont now.i had cannarados white ix fems and the fuckers wouldnt even germ properly.
@roach i would expect goodness from the hazeman white x ghash.iv ran his bubba x ghash and its top quality weed.anything with N8tives 88g13hp is superb.
Maybe I've just been unlucky, or maybe it's because I've bashed feminized seeds all these years I have bad fem seed karma hahaha.

Regardless, I'm glad you've had better results than me. I love the idea of feminized seeds but the reality of the intersex rate has been a deterrent for me. Glad to see a more positive opposing experience exists

dont get me twisted bro iv had my problems with shit fems of course but not that many.not enough for me to say theyr all herm prone.for me the benefits of fem seeds for growing for bud out weighs the negatives.what i have more of a problem with in the fem seed department is the companies that charge $20+ per seed and that fems are usually just one clone only reversed to another.dont get me wrong,if its a good seed line were work has been put in to weed out most of the inferior phenos leaving beans that give a desirable plant from almost every seed then a higher price is cool but how many fem seed lines can you say that about?not many.infact theres damned few reg seed lines like that.the only ones iv came across that gave me phenos from each bean that could have been considered keepers in a different grow were from bodhi & loompa and theyr regs of course.
I think fems have theyr place for people like myself with limited space.having said that theyl never take the place of regs.

well iwe grown Kromes The White, since 2009 where we recieved two cuts, one went on the become wery thin stemmed lanky smalbudded, and the other became the best breeder iwe ever dealt with, someone later called the same cut "niterider" and at the same time we recieved 2 seedpacks one with some 11 seeds labeled Triangle x NL/LK PK where of only 2 became female and another one labeled Blockhead x NL/LK PK, where of all plants was dull boring none keepers, The small thinstemmed cut did wery much have the same apearance as the 2 Triangle x NL/LK PK females, and they where not keepers, the only one standing out as special was the second cut, iwe made various crossings with it and never seen any nanners on it other than the ones i called forward using STS,
the list is this (sts female first)
Kromes Triangle S1
Copenhagen Kush - Kromes Triangle (sts) x Hindu Kush 97
Tropical Snow - Kromes Triangle (sts) x Kalishnapple tropicano pheno
Kromes Triangle (sts) x Core cut (sorry cant remember the name of this one)
Kromes Triangle (sts) x C99 Pineapple Pheno
Kromes Triangle (sts) x (Kromes Triangle x C99 Pineapple Pheno) BX1 , BX2, BX3 in 5 diff lines
Kromes Triangle (sts) x Grapefruit cut
Kromes Triangle (sts) x Bubba Katzu cut
so there it is

I have run 20 or so white s1 and I can say they were completely variable. Not sure what makes her a great breeding plant.
Similar qualities can be found in plants that are much more homozygous and reliable in terms of progeny.

that sound wierd, iwe grown out what amounts to 4 runs = 4 x 48 The White S1, of the ones i made back then and they all seem more or less the same, even though there are differences in trichome coverage, these grows made me convinced that there are some S1 incorporated earlier in the makeup, wich corresbonds to the story abouit ORGNKID making some S1 of his plant (supposedly Ghost OG) before Swerve and Krome got hold of the NL/LK PK side of it, what all seems wery consistent isthe drop in flover to leaf ratio of these S1, but at the same time their consistency breeding wise, they simple are so tight knit that resin and stature is passed on into allmost all i have crossed these with, by the way the LK (Leopard Kush) i have never seen a picture of in full stature, the only one on the net is a growing nugget on the old Kush Company website, that looks like SFV OG KUSH, wich i suspect it is, one thing i noticed is its tendecy to sweat water, two leafs crossing almost always makes a puddle on the lower leaf up untill week 5. and there is a tendency to greymold even in veg if to cold, lastly is the nonwillingness to clone, it can take like forever to clone.
as for the variegations in external crosses its like this
Copenhagen Kush variegates in 3 phenos, 1 Sativa (shows on the narrow leafs, not the stature) wich is rare and 1. short broad leaf and finally 1. in the middle between the two but with broad leafs, all inherits the same oily leafs, and,
for all other crosses iwe made is the Kush thing going right thru, there are again differences ( its not evenness like Monsanto corn) they all have the same stature, and overall bulid and the frostyness, though smells does variegate, the Kalishnapple cross is simply the best yielder i ewer made period and luckily enough the smell of tropicano got trough.
so it did with the Grapefruit, but not the C99 Pineapple, it took multiple Bx in different lines to get that to make it trough,
but all right there are new and more or evenly as appealing genetics now than the white, the kush revolution did not happen for nothing, by the way the Kromes Triangle x Core cut got named super silver haze, and i forgot one crossing it with UK Cheese did neither a favour, neither did crossing it with Sour D (riri cut) wich did not let the Kush traits go trough, they became spindly suckers, but crossing it to Sour D, IBL did bring about favours.

This is my tent at the moment with the following crosses, i hope this will bring some idea of what i mean by the statements i wrote, the first pic of the plant in the corner is the BX3 of Triangle (sts) x C99 Pineapple pheno, wich later is to be crossed with some C99 from female seeds, when i have sorted out the keepers from a 48 plant run, what i want to accomplish is a Beefy Kush type with the pineapple trait, and that in my head meant that i had to incorporate the pineapple thing into the Triangle before going any further so the trait would be in both parents, the full list of the big plants in these pics are
Copenhagen Kush #1 (1)
Copenhagen Kush #2 (15)
Copenhagen Kush #3 (19)
Copenhagen Kush #4 (3)
Copenhagen Kush #5 (9)
Copenhagen Kush #7 (7)
Copenhagen Kush #9 (5)

Krome Triangle (sts) x Bubba katsu cut #1 (13)
Krome Triangle (sts) x Bubba katsu cut #2 (18)
Krome Triangle (sts) x Bubba katsu cut #3 (16)
Krome Triangle (sts) x Bubba katsu cut #4 (12)
Krome Triangle (sts) x Bubba katsu cut #5 (23)
Krome Triangle (sts) x Bubba katsu cut #6 (10)
Krome Triangle (sts) x Bubba katsu cut #7 (8)
Krome Triangle (sts) x Bubba katsu cut #8 (6)
Krome Triangle (sts) x Bubba katsu cut #10 (21)

Kromes Triangle (sts) x Grapefruit cut #1 (20)
Kromes Triangle (sts) x Grapefruit cut #2 (14)
Kromes Triangle (sts) x Grapefruit cut #2 (uden no)
Kromes Triangle (sts) x Grapefruit cut #3 (4)

Bx3 (Kromes Triangle (sts) x (Kromes Triangle x C99 pap) #3), Plant no.5 of 6 (the plant in the corner) on the first pic

the high one in the second pic is the Grapefruit cross #3 (4)
and the two with the crooked top leafs on the 3.pic is i hope two Sativa phenoes of Copenhagen Kush
overall they more or less all have the same structure
and all are starting to trich up now at 23days in 12-12
the plants in the middle of the tent are some auto crosses that needed testeing
enjoy

This spring will be my very first grow. My strains will be Afghani and Hollands Hope. Both strains are hardy, pest-resistant and yield big, or so I'm told. I'm not into anything sativa, I have enough anxiety already, thanks. Life on a fixed income.

When I get things started, I'll start a grow journal. This will be like the time I brought my first kitten home. I wanted Tommy to live to a ripe old age (she did) but I was terrified of my own ineptitude. Same with my cannabis grow. Outdoor, organic.
