Odd fan leaves curling feel a bit waxy.

Outdoor grow, Blueberry photo, starting to flower, 10 gallon fabric pot. I have a whole branch doing this, the rest of the plant is starting flower and is beautiful... I have no idea why one branch would be like this.. I have six plants growing and only this one has this on one branch, I cannot find any photos or info online that looks like this...
