OG Kush Bx first SOG grow!

Week 1: 11 out of 14 seeds have sprouted. I soaked them for 24 hours then into seedling cups with Black Gold seedling mix. One has really stretched but seems healthy.

Well I've checked the trics and they are all cloudy with some ambering! Kind of surprising as a lot of the hairs are still white but they are going into flush.

These are OG kush back crossed with Hindu kush from pyramid seeds. They call it Super OG Kush but I prefer to call it bx as it's more accurate. I'm Planning to plant in 2 gallon cloth bags for an indoor SOG grow.

OK, end of week 2 and these gals haven't developed much. I moved them from my sprouting dome into the tent and from the seedling cups into some red solos. I thought a bit more air, space, soil, and lights a bit further away might help. I've had a bit of trouble sprouting the last few grows I've done. Not sure what the issue is but hopefully they right themselves!

OK, week 3 and we're getting somewhere! It's been a few days since I took this picture and the tallest one is almost 6 inches. 4 of the 10 left are standing up on their own while 5 need support and 1 is a runt. Not super impressed with uniformity but it's not easy with seeds. I imagine I'll have to adjust final pot height with books or something to create an even canopy but I'm getting excited for the flip! Hoping for an ounce per plant but we'll see.

Are these feminized seeds and how much grow space do you got?
Also do you have some air circulation?

I asked because i wondered if 2 gal pots were on the small side?
Thats about 2 x 2 ft per plant.

My understanding of SOG grow is that you want to limit the plant's ability to stretch, especially with a strain like og kush, hence the small pots. Im going to stick with them as that's what I have but time will tell!

Yeah sounds good.
Did you make holes in those solo cups?
Sorry for all the questions, but i'm also curious about how your setup is and what medium you plan on using.

Don't be sorry! Question away, it helps me see my blind spots. There are holes in the bottom of the solos. Im using pro mix mycorrhizae, currently in the solos, and I use cx horticulture nutes. They are currently getting 1/4 strength and I will push them up to 1/2 strength.

OK, moved into 2 gallon pots and looking happy. Some yellowing lower leaves so I'm thinking up the nitrogen a tick. I'll be flipping them tomorrow morning. A bit smaller than I would have liked but I have a limited time frame to use this grow space so let's see what happens!

OK, half way through week 2 of flowering. They're sexing but not quite budding yet. We've got some decent stretch and some side branching happening. One pheno seems to grow taller and skinnier and one is squatter and branchier. Also have one little weirdo. Gonna let her grow but keep an eye out for hermies.

Beginning of week 3 and we have buds! Im a little concerned as they seem to be maturing a bit slowly, hopefully they mature in time! It occurred to me the other day that I ought to have pruned the lowered branches, but with how slowly they are developing I'm reticent to do so, don't want to slow them down anymore!

Week 4, bud sites are filling up a bit more. Starting to see some frost. I have them up to full strength nutrients, doing feed feed water.

This skinny stretchy pheno kicked off some nanners but I plucked them in time. No new ones but I have my eye on her!

I don't know how apparent it was from my last photos but the gals were suffering from som nutrient deficiencies. Not sure what exactly (one was for sure nitrogen) but I trimmed all the damaged leaves and restarted the cal mag. Looked good this morning, no new decay.
