OG Raskal newborns - leaves curling like tacos and dying

Hey guys this is my first try at hydro and i appear to be having some issues with what i believe is a nute lockout of some sort, hoping someone who is experienced can help me out.

Here some information on my setup, ill try to be as detailed as possible to help with the diagnosis, let me know if there is some other pertinent information that could aid in the diagnosis.

All seeds are from Cali Connection "Raskals OG Kush" 8/8 germinated

My current setup is a Flood & Drain Table 13'' x 40'' tray being flooded by a 5 gal reservoir with hydroton and 8 4'' rockwool cubes that have recently had 1'' starter cubes transplanted into them. I fucked up and did NOT presoak the 4'' rockwool cubes in pH adjusted water so this could be what is contributing to my problem.;(

They are currently receiving 24hr light from 8 HO cool floros'
Temps are between 78f - 85f - humidity has been fluctuating between about 30-60 percent due to the recent rain in my area

As far as a feeding schedule I'm following swerves recipe which is a modified lucas formula(0-1-2) but instead he runs 0-2-1 and replaces the bloom with calMag (chart below) Oh yeah i use RO also

I have been attempting to maintain a TDS level of 900 PPM and a pH level of 5.8 is my reservoir, however i find that after each feeding the pH is jumping all the way up to 6.4 sometimes all they way up to 6.8

The plants look fairly healthy and are still growing steadily, however the older leaves are all slowly following the same pattern of death :doh

They begin to slowly curl downward, then begin to curl like a taco and a dark purple begins from the outer leaf and it fades to a brown then finally a yellow

How far through your feeding schedule have you made it? That's a lot of micros and a pretty high TDS for seedlings that small, if you're on veg week 1-3. I think that schedule is meant for established clones as those seedlings are getting quite the dose of nutes for such a small size.

This was week one... lol

Should i assume it was too early and start a flush with R/O immediately?

I'm going to try flushing with pH balanced r/o water to see if i can stabilize the pH levels. I have a feeling there is a bunch of crap built up in the cubes

Thanks for the PM Biomaster, i guess ill reply to you directly on my thread til my post count gets high enough for me to PM directly.

how do you recommend that i stabilize the pH?

Should i just reflood the system over and over and re pH after every flood?

OR just run fresh pH'd water through it continuously and let it drain.

I currently dont have an R/O filter so if i don't have to just drain the runoff immediately

it would save my back from lugging some bottles to the water store :)

Thanks again

I always have some ph fluctuation. I always have to ad small amounts of ph up. When it starts to plummet down, you can have serious problems. From some of your pics the cubes seem to be almost floating. They should get pretty light, but no bone dry, before watering again. How often are they watered? I am wondering if they are being over watered. From the size of your plants, I would hand water once or twice a day.
The best way to slow all reading fluctuations is to increase the size of your rez (5 gallons is pretty damn small).
This discoloration on your leaves leads me to believe there may be a Cal Mag deficiency, but seeing as it is part of your feeding regimen, I am probably wrong.

I'm no expert but your lights maybe too close, causing too much stress for your babies.

they look overwatered and like you fed them too much too soon

always a good idea to back the lights off when your having issues until you get it straightened out

if thats a T5 then its way too close to begin with

your not supposed to feed seedlings for the first month of there life then at end of week for slowly start feeding this is a rule for all styles of grow

straight micro at 4mls and CalMag at 8mls per gallon is way way way to hot!!

Where'd you get that formula? Cal mag at 3-5mls per gall for baby seedlings and Get the FloraNova Bloom and start them at 3mls and work your way up.

Also noticed in pic 1 you flooded pretty deep, I would only go up the RW cube 1" at the most. and I would do it every couple days once untill I saw roots coming out the cubes. then feed once a day. Also I hope you rinsed and soaked those hydrotons very well before hand. I like to rinse them and soak them overnight in a ph'd 5.5 water

the forumla is swerve's(cali connection) feeding schedule for OG's. And as im finding out the hard way, the schedule was not meant for plants this young

Ill try pulling the cubes up a bit so they dont flood so high
the hydroton was rinsed very well, however i did soak it overnight in 5.5 pH water
