I grow mainly in soil. Have found some strains require more root structure if you want them to perform to their potential best. SLH is definitly one of these.

Hope its not to late to chime in. Am blown away by everyones pics. This is a pic of my Jack Herer on day 50. Im part of Sanvans group at Three Rivers Farmacy in Zoo town. Come check it out in a couple weeks.

Wow, my taste buds are dripping for this one! We keep talking about how your Jack is the strongest so far. When I first tried that Jack, which by the way we need to get tested this time around if youre down,
me and my heavily smoking employee took a puff in the back. About five minutes later we are sitting in the other room and both of us were floored on the sheer potency of the Jack, and both of us remarking on how rare it is that we get that stoned anymore, quite unbelievable!

Haole and Hotrod: I am coming down this weekend, would be nice to get together for a fire session, just brought down the best blue cheese yet, if this darn camera starts working I will upload some photos asap!

Here is Recon from DNA Genetics. This is my first grow of this strain, but it looks like fire. Most of the plants displayed purple hues that were not cold temp related. It forms a few nice colas (when grown unmolested) and a ton of popcorn type bud, but they are rock hard in density no mater how small the nugget. Yields somewhat similar to Lemon Skunk from DNA if you have experience with that strain. It actually has a similar bud structure to the Lemon Skunk too. Probably not a cash crop, but I have high hopes for this strain as she cures. Definitely high odor to begin with. These pics are from the worst looking of the bunch, but the only one that has been harvested so far. I'm waiting for the trim team to show up as I type this. We actually have quite a bit of work to get to, so I'll be posting pics of plants as we take them down.

Not the greatest photo, but the plant requires lots of internal support. The buds, though small are too dense and heavy for the thin branches. Green wire, Cages, or a Screen would be good to use with this plant:

Here is some purple pigment making a showing:

post trim of above nug:

The cola on this girl. You can see the purple just on the tips of the leaves, but a couple plants in the group stayed pretty green.

So there is some Recon By DNA genetic from seed.

I crossed Sharksbreath from DNA with Sensi Star from Sensi Seeds and got a plant I call SensiShark. Just an F1 cross. It has turned out to be a really nice plant so far. We've flowerer quite a few now, and my customers have had only good things to say about it so far.

Did this cut retain hold on that citrus, piney, firey taste from the shark's breath when it was crossed to this?

Most seem to have an increased lemony smell. The more subtle pine and grapefruit scents are there but somewhat masked by the lemon funk of the Sensi Star. It is a good yielding plant, better than either parent, and pretty resistant to bugs and disease.

Ya I would imagine the lemon would come out on top too.

That Sensi Star has such a strong Lemon scent. It kind of overpowers the more subtle scents. We'll see what happens as it cures. The first batch sold before I could properly cure it. I told people that it wasn't done, but it was smokable, and they bought it all up.

Now I have some time to give this newer harvest a good long cure. Perhaps then the piney fire funk will be more apparent.

I just took down a few more yesterday too!

Also took down some really nice Confidential Cheese (indica dominant pheno) from Reserva Privada. I love the Confidential Cheese. I'll throw up some pics of her later.

well if ya are intrested I have a shark's breath that is really stable and has the power when it comes to the sent and flavor. It over powers everything that I have in those departments. It even smells and taste just like the bud does when I bubble hash it and I mean it really flavors it big time. That conf.cheese sounds good let me know how it smokes.Right now I have a chedder wurst seed I have in week3 from germination I did 2 others out of the pack but both were unstable in week 7 of bloom. Ill keep u up on the pic's with those too.

Oh and by the way let me let all of you Montana's in on a little secret, its called Three Rivers Farmacy. Due to the law and those who interpret it they only sell medicine at Three Rivers Farmacy, but it is by far the best medicine in the state: Silver Tip, Sour Diesel, Grapefruit Kush, AOTA, so cal "masters" kush, tahoe og, raskal og, reserva privada og #18, blue cheese, blueberry, blue dream, white widow, bubblelicous, SOUR APPLES, Lavender, banner 1,3,5, jack the ripper, jack herrer, sweet god bud, cherry lopez, bozeman kush, medicine man, vicsfruit, Durban, Cali-o, Obama Blue (thats right shes back), grunk, golden skunk, l.a. con, chocolope, grandaddy purple, purple kush, BARCELONA Bubblegum, G-13, Bubba Kush, the list goes on and on. If you are in the Missoula area I invite all thcfarmers with their medical cards to please stop in. My love for this wonderful cannabis cannot be easily overlooked.

Yo are these strains still current sanvan??

I'm in the billings area and I see ABSOLUTLE NO og at all NONE. Damn you got the banners too? You guys do it on another level in the zoo. This side of the state is VERY difficult to find elites like that. It's tough for connoisseurs over here:(

There's plenty in Bozeman if you know where to look.

Please do tell.

As of the new ordinance banning marijuana store fronts in Billings I am looking for an A+ provider in the Bozeman area.

I need some OG/Chem/Headband/Sour D in my life... point me in the right direction.

Wow that was you? Good work my man, really did something special. From the story I heard it was a three way cross of sour d, og, and strawberry cough, could you elaborate? I love phenos 3 and 5, were there others equally as good? Once again, kudos on your work!

Thanks Bro! This was some awesome info! It was really hard to explain to my patients the difference in phenos, so I ended up labeling number 3 as "Lemon Banner" and number 5 as "strawberry banner", i hope thats o.k. as I know how important creating a strain is and how much the name matters, but glad to know you never labeled it bruce banner, I like strawberry kush as that seems more accurate. #3 is a better version of O.G. kush, imo, its a bigger yielder and when grown right tastes almost identical to the O.G., one of my associates just pulled shy of 2#'s off of a light with it and it was fire! You really have given the cannabis community a gift and me too, Thanks! #5 when grown right reminds of KKSC, but with more of a KICK!
