I am learning new tricks myself, sometimes it can be a combination of things that turn things around. Some strains you can pelt them with light, some strains you cant. I am finding with my LED that I have to raise the intensity very slowly, I do it once per week now. I can go from 50% to 55% or to 60%, but any kind of jump above 10% and my plants would get stressed out.Something helped. Getting the VPD straightened out didn't hurt either.
LED lights can be tricky to figure out, still figuring them out myself. I have 2 Spiderfarmers, but I used to use HPS full spectrum globes and I had never dealt with light stress before. I only ever dealt with heat stress haha.
