You gave to have undisturbed darkness. No lights for 10 minutes ! Undisturbed for 12 hours.
Foil will keep the cardboard from getting hot, just do a good job make it sturdy. Like I said, look at a real tent on Thcfarmer, and build it like that. They're 7 feet tall for a reason. So, your plant doesn't out gro the tent. Good luck. You probably don't need 7 feet. Also when you do your side walls make them semi permanent , and make it so only the front is removable. That way you can get at it.

I have a 4x4 but this plant was supposed to be outside just had to save her she couldn’t handle heat in the medium I have it in if I was at home more but sometimes I’m gone for few days once I get her back healthy I didn’t have a choice but I guess now I should take better care n get better bud ty

That's why I told him to do a good job. Foil don't burn. No cardboard exposed ! Do the sides first, it will be easier. Then the top. Make sure your top and sides are strong together. Leave the front off for now. Hook up your light's away from cardboard. Cut any holes you need for your fans. Put your plant inside and put the front on. The front will be your access, so make it removable.

If you have any questions I've had a lot of practice inside. Show me pics of what your doing if you want. I used to be a finish carpenter for 15 years. I'll know if your not building it right ! Lol

I know you’re trying to help him! But he’s not a 14-year-old trying to grow a plant In his bedroom closet on a five dollar a week allowance! He’s a big boy now! Big boys don’t cut corners like that! Big boys do it safely and properly or they don’t do it! Tents are cheap! A lot cheaper than a cardboard and foil mishap!

I don't know his situation. Sounded desperate to me.
To each there own. I just thought I could help. And, fires don't come from boxes, they come from bad wiring, and overloaded circuits. That could happen in a tent too. But, I'll keep my mouth shut.

No man it’s cool! I know you’re trying to help! Big Al hasn’t seen desperate yet! Growing outdoors in New York desperate happens right around September 21! Big Al has a lot of rude awakenings in his future! Like we all did! L O L although that stalk Thing falls under the classification of desperate! And he took care of it admirably!

It just bothers me when I see plants suffer for various reasons. Bad equipment, or bad seed, or uneducated grower, or many reasons. I get irritated when I see bad pot. One of the main reasons I gro, is because I got tired of buying junk from dealers for rip off prices, from cultivators who didn't care about quality. So, now they can keep theirs ! I got mine.

Well a new tent is in my future for sure a big one so if this happens I’ll be ready but I’m going to make it a temporary tent specially if it will help me get more out of her she’s had a hard life too hot
For her she’s more of an indoor girl in my book anyways cold natured . I appreciate everyone helping .

Trying to care for these girls is lots more work than I ever thought but I love every second of it thanks all again I’ll keep you all updated

So came home to a note from the property management people from the strip mall I’m hiding behind in my safe fenced yard they are removing back fence and replacing it so holy crap I got 6 6 foot plant I can move them but
The big o e no way about 500 lbs plus she’s fragile so I improvised

Can hide them from the fence guys but I just didn’t want her to just show off her stuff to the whole town there’s a drive thru behind some trees I’m smack in middle of town need our meds and not paying crazy prices but it’s legal to consume and grow with crazy guidelines

It looks good from far but it’s far from looking good just hope it does the job got like 15 cameras back there from my younger crazy days come to think about it I’m not to good at legal stuff 😂
