Omni HW 650w led light set up

I have an Omni HW FP-3650 650w led grow light. Can anyone recommend a controller it is compatible with? Also any advice on how to use it properly, like height from plants and the intensity of light throughout the grow cycle. Any advice would be great. Thank you.
