Just remove those leaves if it's not widespread, that way you rule out fungus like septoria and can isolate it. If its Calcium you would have other signs like soft tissue/ less hardy feeling leaves and branches will be weak and need extra support. Check for bugs, remove the leaves. re evaluate your feeding.
