For years I've been using roots organics soil in large pots but next crop I'm trying out KIS(Keep it Simple) organic soil because it's supposedly formulated for people who grow their plants water only like me. I don't have fungus gnat problems because I use gnatrol WDG. In terms of terpenes is KIS soil good at allowing the plant to reach her full potential? I usually do a SOG from seed with 9 plants in 1 gallon fabric pots.

Very new company with only 25 reviews on google and no history here.
They do a few things that I find creepy. They say water only and then 5 paragraphs later they say if you grow big plants you need this other bag weekly as a topdress. They also state bigger pots but do not specify Bigger.

It has a great list of stuff in the water only mix but with zero market penatration for here local I sure will not ship dirt from Washington State.
Unless some grower on THC farmer has the pics

If you want a water only grow your best bet is to mix your own super soil with compost teas, added microbes, and top dressings for flowering

Just wanted to comment that KiS Organics has been around since 2000. We are the oldest "Living Soil" company in the United States that I'm aware of that's still in business. The Google Review Page was tied to the farm location in Redmond, WA (KIS Farm) that is no longer there, but the business is still in business and based out of Castle Rock, WA. There are plenty of reviews on other sites than google to verify the business. I also have been hosting the Cannabis Cultivation and Science Podcast for a number of years.

We do say "Water Only" but the part you found "creepy" is: NOTE: If growing a larger plant in a small container, you will need to top dress weekly with our KiS Organics Nutrient Pack to achieve optimal plant growth.

This is standard for living soils. You can't expect to grow big plants in a small container without additional fertility.

Yes. Considering how different cannabis's nutrient needs are between vegetation and flowering, I think it would be difficult to optimize a water-only grow.
