orange/brown spots starting 2 weeks after rooting

I am starting to see brown leaf spots 2 weeks after rooting (Roots Organics soil). Clones were taken in aerocloner. I have been feeding with water, hygrozyme (@ 5ml/gal), Roots Organics Trinity (@ 5ml/gal), no other food. no foliar feeding. Have treated with Azamax and Bayer tree/shrub (@1Tbl/gal). Clones looked great for first week after rooting

Flushing plain water (pH 6.5, 0.1 EC), the soil runoff was 1.5-2.0 EC, pH 5.5.

Clones are under T5, temp 75, humid ~50.
