Safe as you make it...
There is always a risk any way you slice it.
If you buy seeds from here or anywhere just make sure you pay cash and have them sent to an address not related to you or your house. Worst case someone sent Beans to a wrong address you know.
It is the easiest way to get to the good genetics unless you are hooked up like we all wish we were sometimes ha ha!
