Oregon Building Requirements

Hope this is the right spot for my question and likely several to follow as I build my blueprints.

So for a legal recreational grow i need to have a local contractor build out my warehouse. Which means I need plans and permits. Very different from how we do it in California aka the wild west.

Question number 1...
One bathroom required per 4000sqft. Warehouse is 7500 Sqft meaning I need two bathrooms. But I'm not sure if I can have two uni-sex bathrooms or if I need two men's and two women's bathrooms.

For now this is all as it effects layout image the structure. Waiting on my business consultant to call back. Haven't selected a general contractor yet so this is why I'm here. Anybody doing a legal recreational grow in Washington or Colorado with this?

I doubt you will have to have unisex bathrooms. But in my commercial construction projects (non growing) you have to have handicap accessible features. Wide doors, bars beside the toilet, toilet paper holder has to be at a certain height, a sign that has brail on it.. Any licensed builder should know these things.
