I put 2 in a 3x3 and have VERY little room left. They are what, like 31" long?

Is the thought that this applies to indoor grows? Seeing lots of comments re smaller container sizes and mix quantities that are pretty different than what I do which is 35 to 50 gallon bags or beds with living soil. Been doing that for several years successfully.
I probably would not participate but would certainly follow on this as it is IMO the direction we all need to head for quality & sustainability reasons.

Yeah I did my outdoor the same as my indoor in a 12 gallon pot she did great, use the same exact mix for anything I run 1 gals to the 12’s

These are all in the same mix some in 1 gallon pots (ended week 8 yesterday) some in 6 gallons of soil, some in 12’s

Half are in recycled re-amended soil

Since you asked about outdoor I just set these up for next year 2x 130 gallon beds

Same mix but I used the Lampbert peat instead of promix

Next year will be the first run in these beds cover crop is up now I’ll grab some pics tomorrow

Koi Pond is my neighbors I take the algae and fish shit from his filter to water in, (outdoor only) he uses rainwater only, no PH adjusting or chemicals

That is why I prefer the city pickers from Home Depot. Two fit perfect in a 2x4

They DO take a smaller footprint than the traditional Earthbox, but height is concern in my tent.

Earthbound makes a smaller square pot also, I believe. Something like 3-5 gal IIRC.

That's just beautiful Mike i did the same with small branches placement in 3 of my veggie beds then used composted lawn and leaf material and will in the spring put my soil mixes and aged poo of rabbit and cow. I mow with a bagger and dumb most of it in the beds. The rest goes around my newer bushes and trees i've planted.

I picked this up omri slow release today to fortify the soil of some mothers and others in Veg because they are heavy feeders. Been hard to keep up feeding with the base nute.

Will probably run this time release for the water only challenge along with other P and K.

Just moved from tents to the big room.

4 made it. One died.
The growth this year is special.
I'm very impressed.
Same medical F2s I have grown for three years.

Si I do like the "Tea" mix ChatGPT did.. A Lot! Good job!
I most likely will dump this bucket and start a new batch in a weeks or three. The soil is holding water a very long time in between watering. That concerns me a bit however it will be worse if I don't let them go dry over the next few weeks.

This will be my third year growing organic in EarthBoxes in a 3x3. I'm currently wrapping up my 7th cycle in a row and these are by far the easiest grows I have ever done, and I started out growing outside when I lived on a dairy farm in the 90's.

This is how my soil looked right before flower:View attachment 2328774

I won't grow any other way now. Yields and taste are both FANTASTIC!! The only downside is you must be able to tolerate worms and predator beetles in your house. They are both vital parts of this style.

What you mean vital part, so they just appear and you gotta remove them
