I'm going to be growing autoflowers outside this year, probably starting first week of may. Id like to plant them directly into the ground with my other garden plants instead of pots. Would I be better off starting the seedlings indoors and then transplanting them into the ground or plant the seed directly into the ground where they will end up? I understand that if you start them indoors, they need to gradually be adjusted to the outside light in order to avoid being burned, but if I start them outside to begin with, will they be able to take the sun from the very beginning without having to slowly adjust them to the light like an indoor plant needs to be?
