I am growing outdoor with supplementation of indoor to get 18 hours of light. I wanna flower them this week but my light outside is about 14 hours right now in socal. If I just leave them outside, will they flower on their own? The nights are getting shorter, but won't reach sub 12 hours until late September.

If you increase the dark hours, they should begin flowering.... in a few weeks. As of June 21, the nights are getting longer. I'm a noob, so...

Dude, your flowers will come. Chill. The nights are just starting to get shorter. Flowers will appear in about two weeks.
