Everyone loves their tomatoes, but they will quickly begin to compete with the auto plants for nutrients and light. The roots don't grow as well and the plant will grow slower as it gets older. I would recommend keeping the two out of bed together, and maybe getting the tomatoes a bunk of their own to enjoy and stretch their feet! Plants LOVE to be warm, to a degree. Plants with warm roots grow much faster, as long as the temps don't get too high. 75f would be OK, but I'm not certain about temps above that.
I usually plant my seedlings directly into their permanent homes (5 or 6 gallon buckets) instead of transplanting, but whatever works best for you, then go with it! Everything is looking good and healthy, although I saw 1 spot on one lobe of one leaf... better add cal-mag and a bunch of nutes!Even more growth, really starting to take off now. Think I’d like to get them in the air pruning pots soon
At least they will be well watered in. 🌧
I gotta watch this. Good luck. I hope we get a good summer.
