Outdoor purple kush S1 grow

Im about 2 weeks into my grow things have been slow due to rain and cold temps but I'm optimistic. I obtained these seeds through my local dispensary I found the seeds In a batch of some fire purple kush

when are these kushes ready for harvest what month

Starting Early

I didn't plan it this way but had to thin out my scrog. So I've got a few 12" girls I think I'll keep under the minimum amount of light to keep them from flowering and put them in the ground end of April. Right now they are under a 400 hps on the deck (this is the Bay Area) in the sun. Running the light about 4 hours after 5:30pm and light comes on again around 5am to 7:30am, a good 18hrs. Will 400ws will be enough? I'm going to try to get them a large as possible over the next few months. Last year I did something similar and the indicas went into flower. That would be ok this time too. I can have a harvest end of june.
