I had a bunch of cuts in my mom/veg tent that were being neglected. I did some cursory rehabilitation before throwing them into flower. So the Deathstar looks a little droopy I had just foliared, it had mild thrips, the wrong light spectrum, and almost no nutes. Because of the neflect she needed a little support. She's fed, bug free, and under HPS now on 12/12 doing much better. That support will be holding up fat nugs in no time!

Thanks, as always Soser, for your comments and questions.

Just want to add a little note regarding what I'm seeing the Longs Peak Blue. Almost every pack of beans comes with a description for what to expect. My hope is that the breeder has bred and tested the strain to a point where what you grow out is somewhat close to what was described. Consider it an expectation of quality control from the breeding community. Most of the time the quality control doesn't happen and when it does you're reading sparse descriptions and grow logs scattered across multiple forums online. Not exactly quality control. Lots of reason for this, none the least of which is that most breeders still have to function in a somewhat secretive fashion making extensive programs far more difficult. I digress . . .

What I'm getting at with the LPB is that it seems the strain at least so far is growing to its description. It's got the structure and nodes to yield quite well, smells like blueberry, and with only 2.5 weeks in to flower some of the fan leave are showing nice resin development. Obviously the only thing that matters is the final smoke, but its nice to see things shaping up in that direction so early on. I'm excited to see how the Tahoe Alien looks at 2.5 weeks. So far so good, starting to get her stretch on.

Really depends on which "Chemdog 91" you have. There are a few...apothecary and the VA are the 2 that come to mind right now

Good question, and I'll be the first to admit the background in moderately questionable. I *believe* the original cut came from someone on another forum 'OG Bob' the guy who got the cut selfed it, and this cut came from one of those beans. SKETCHY! I saw a legit skunk VA cut recently and they looked quite similar, but it was hard to make a comparison because it was not a very healthy plant.

the deathstar looks nice. the cut i've got shows slightly thinner leaf blades, and a red stripe on the main stem which, when given to me, i was told was indeed genetic, and not a nutritional issue. she's also definitely on the bushy side. she starts to give off a nice kerosene-like smell a few weeks into flower too, in my experience.:D

Let's hope she does! In CO we like out mountains steep and deep and out nuggets stank and dank!

Gonna try to do a big photo update tomorrow. Here is a little teaser at 21 days of the Chemdog 91(?) Love any feedback, even if you think I'm a sucky poser running bunk cuts. Would love to hear from ya!

Thanks, Cap. I'm not anal about much in life but try to keep he ladies looking tits until they are ready to fade. Most of the garden is looking this good, luckily. I've been really happy I'm finding a fairly simple approach that seems to work across all strains with little variance or adjustment. I'm finding that the use of microbes helps me establish a common baseline that keeps any strain in peak health.

Got some work to do tonight but I'm gonna try to get a thorough photo update in if I can. Most strains are at about 3 weeks, and the Tahoe Alien is at about 1 week.

A healthy garden puts me in my happy place.

For all of you that love the moonshiners show on t.v. check out this thunder road, it's an old movie. Mitchum was a major pot head and grew herb in his backyard in socal, got busted for it too I'm pretty sure...lol

How about 'Burnt Reynolds'? Remember that Cheech & Chong film in Amsrerdam?

I hear that. My super lemons in the MPB have been looking off the past few days. Today I hit them with some tea and sprayed them with it too and in 8 hours they looked greener and happier. You spend enough time in the garden and you can definitely "feel" healthy plants.

If obsessive perfection is your baseline and standard, then it super easy to pick up on problems a lot faster. I see a lot of gardens that have a general 'less then optimal' appearance. Shit freaks me out.

Here is the photo update as promised. No shots yet of the ISS, FBK, Dank Sinatra, Death Star or Sweettooth. Will try to get those in tomorrow.

Long's Peak Blue Glamour Shot - Digging the proliferations of bud sites. Those should fill in over the next 6 weeks or so.

A close up flower shot. Loving the resin production.

The GSC 'Forum Cut' Living up to the hype. . .stretched like a bitch, with no yield to speak of. Unless it's the best weed ever may just end up a waste of space. About quadruple stretch.

And a GSC flower closeup.

Lastly a a closeup of what I was told is ghost og. Certainly stretches like and OG.
