oxypot deep water culture help needed :)

hi guys just been given 4, 16 litre oxypots and havent got a clue about dwc any advice?
im usin 2x600 in a budbox xl previousley having wilma 16 pot system in there.
just need to know dwc specifics really. many thanks :)
