We will be in Kauai for 7 days at the end of july. Hoping someone can help me out? We will be celebrating our 25th anniversary and would be nice to celebrate with some good smoke! Any help will be greatly appreciated!

High again, hoping while we're out there someone can also give some directions to some nice waterfalls with swimming holes. We are staying around kapaa, but should have a vehicle when we're out there. Hopefully someone can help us out. Any help would be appreciated!!
