I am looking to setup a passive intake system but unsure of the size required. I would like to keep the room at a slightly negative pressure.

the room size is 6x10x8 it's 480 square feet
I have an 8" 800 cfm exhaust fan attached to a can 100 carbon filter.
I have an 8 " 400 cfm fan I can use for air if needed.

What size of passive intake will I need and how do I calculate it?

I have no idea, I just started cuttin' holes til I got it where I wanted it. This'll serve you as good bump, a few days late.

I run tents but thats how I did it, just open flaps until you get a neg pressure. when I open the doors the wind caused from the pressure change blows my plants around for a second. Good luck!

Thanks Sea, your bump sure got me some interests!! I've left the curtain open slightly, and can see it trying to pull inwards, so I know it's a negative pressure. The temps are a little high, so i am going to have to add a powered intake. I have a 400cfm fan similar to vortex fans, I am hoping that this will be enough cool air from outside to cool the room. Will be installing it in the next day or so.
