A little over 2 hours ago Pennsylvania's Gov. Wolf signed the Medical Marijuana Bill into law. While not perfect it is a start. I hope those children and adults in need will benefit from Cannabis, just a shame it will take 18 to 24 months for the state to get its act together......

P.S. I just don't have 1/2 million in a bank account nor the $200,00.00 for a growers license but I am zoned for agriculture....wink....wink....:)
