$ per kwh, what are you paying

My bill is almost 12 cents per kwh. Someone earlier suggested that the flucuation is price for the original poster could be a tax for higher usage than previous years. I think I've heard of that kind of charge before. Geez I hope that doesnt happen to me when I finally turn on the lights in the very near future.

With all the additional tax bullshits at the bottom of my bill, I'm up to $.14 per killowatt. It used to be $.09 until Obama came on-board (and the de-regulation of rates in my state)!!!
