Thanks @Greenjourneyman, always appreciate your input. 😊

Hope your grows are going well. I've been following your experiments along. 🧐

And here are those auto-watering pots for the ladies inside, quite excited to see how these go if I'm honest.

And should save my back quite a bit of stress, always a winner in my mind! πŸ˜„

Yikes...the R O T! 🀒🀬

Just noticed this today (on the Pineapple Skunk) on a few of the smaller buds as I went past outside earlier on. Just crumble to dust if you touch them. Where the f@ck has that come from?! Chopped them all off, that I could see, immediately and can only hope it's not gonna take the whole lady with it. Aaaaarrrggghhh...

In better news, here are the other indoor ladies whom have all taken to the auto-watering bases like ducks to water but more on that later.

Blue-C Birdie - Day 44
She had her first flower feed last night and looking good I think.

All the rest are day 54. I gave them their first real and maybe only trim last night so all sporting a new haircut. It was mainly to just open up a few of the bud sites and get rid of any knackered leaves. Been trying to do less defoliation this grow and only when absolutely needed.

They've definitely all bounced back from the issues at the start so I'm happy I managed to nurse them through it and and looking ok. I'm seeing a little light burn on a few tips (as they grow) so have dialed it down slightly. And those auto-watering bases are a revelation. Drinking so much more than the schedule I had them on, amazing and can only be a good thing for the grow.

As alluded to, I still think they could/should have all been bigger as that heatwave definitely stunted them at the start a little (I think) but at least another 30-40 days left, or more, so I'm hoping I'll be pretty happy.

Anyway, all a learning process as we know... 😊

So here's a quick update for you, I'd been thinking I might have some light burn as discussed something similar with @SoSoBurntToast who is using the same light and seen similar.

But now after too much reading I'm thinking maybe I'm going down the wrong path, could it just be slight nute burn? While, although feasible, I haven't fed them since the 18th Sept and due their last feed in a few days on the 6th.

It started at the top younger leaves and slowly working down which indicates nute burn, I think, from what I've read (it gets bloody confusing at times...lol!)?

Take a look:

Anyone any thoughts? Or am I over worrying about it all and just roll with it?

We need an update really so here's a very quick one.

Nice photo of the ladies this evening. We're doing ok I think. Day 71 for all except bottom right on day 61 (but catching up fast!)

A little v light defoliation last night for all except younger one to remove dead leaves and open up some much lower bud sites to more light. Some beautiful fade and colour coming in to the leaves and flowers on them. I'll try and take some close ups tomorrow, v pretty. 🀩

Day 70 was the earliest top range of being done out of all them (going by breeders suggestion) for the Iced Latte. Had a look with my phone and not ready yet but getting close for sure. Need to get the microscope out though to see properly.

I'll get some pics of the outdoor one as well which has turned into a shaggy dog monster, it's hilarious. Been a bit cooler here for the last week but warmth returns on Fri.

Well, its been a busy few days. Where to start?!

So the madness began on Thursday and occurred when I was trying to take some nice bud pr0n shots and using a flash in dark tent which is apparently best way. It is and more of those later. Anyway, was looking at them and the Iced Latte one was thinking, ooh that's nice...wait a min, what's that? πŸ‘€

N000000000000000000000000000000000000!!! Mold/bud rot, oh f@ck. 🀬

Big panic stations. The buds on that one are particularly dense and sticky. Immediate action needed so I chopped off the big cola and checked the rest of the plant thoroughly. It seems ok. So she was pulled out and actually under the microscope was ready to go so chop chop time. Checked all the other plants in there and both the Mephisto's Wedding and Froot Fuel F3 were ready so they also joined the chop chop club. πŸͺ“

Thank you for your service ladies! 🫑

So now I just have to pray I caught it in time and it didn't spread. It was bloody lucky tbh.

I was getting slightly worried due to a week or two of cooler temps and much higher humidity here and the Latte's predicted lifespan had been hit. But being lazy I ignored it, nearly to my cost! Also the new watering bases I was using although good introduced lots more water and obvs humidity in to the tent. I should have switched round my big a/c machine to dehumidify but put it off. Lesson learned!

Now we've got sunny skies and warm weather back with v low humidity so much better everywhere and fingers crossed for the others to finish.

Be careful with that though….

Mold is the kind of thing that if you find it in one spot, it’s in other spots!

Even if you can’t see it very well or at all sometimes!

Just saying…

Be careful.

I'm with you and totally agree. Did a thorough check but those buds are like huge condensed golf balls so have to hope I caught it in time. Whole cola off with plenty to spare either side.

Think I am finally going to go for some autopots next, an early Xmas present to myself maybe or from the wife (I've been priming her!)

Removes the extra humidity issue from the bases/tent I've got currently and quite fancy giving them a go after seeing some incredible results from others. Also means I get to try out liquid nutes so that should be v interesting.

The plan is to get some of those delicious Tengu seeds I procured on the go but I quite fancy growing all my photos outside after the fun I've had with the PS this season. So maybe have to wait till next Spring for those. Particularly the Topanga Canyon OG as I'm only 15miles away from the place so should be perfect the environment for it.

Or I grow a few with my next indoor run then worry about the flip after autos finish. Much to ponder... πŸ€”πŸ™‚

Look at this beauty. The Blue-C Birdie is frosting and bulking up amazingly since its last feed. Amazing colour change coming on as well.

I even think I might have to begin holding up the colas as they're getting so heavy and weighed down all round. A terrible problem to have I'm sure you all agree...lol! 😁
