Yeah, that's what a buddy of mine does. Goes to an Indian casino with 5-10k in 20's, where there is no buy in limit and plays a couple hours of highly conservative, ABC poker at the 4/8 NL table and walks out with hundreds or a check.

He took the entire winnings, spent it, and lost everything when it came time to pay income tax on those winnings. I always take a loss on my gambling, but I show winning sessions as well. Eh, at least you got your answer. Febreeze that cash man. I think you would probably be better off with a credit union or local bank. National banks have pretty strict rules on that stuff and are not going to be at all interested in looking the other way to secure your business. Credit unions may have more flexibility, but I have no clue really.

Dude...literally laundering your cash would be a good idea.

Odorcide 210 is my recommendation. Used for crime scene clean-up. Best. Stuff. EVER. I can't say who to use for your MMC, but for banking I stay away from large corporate banks.

In any event, this *will* handle the smell.

Why even put any moneys from MMJ in a bank? I hardly ever use banks. I use cash everywhere. I have a lot of money and very little comes from my hobby of growing. I still don`t put it in a bank. I have a good safe of my own and I`m my best choice for security! Really you can get by almost all of the time with cash. I`ve bought everything from new cars to real state with cash. Only reason I even have a bank account is because The Government requires me to have direct deposit for my SSA. Don`t leave money in the bank long though. I only keep a minimum and a little more for small online purchases unless I need to. It`s not like you are making money by having money in the bank, but you could lose money that way ! There are new laws that allow the Government to raid your funds if there is an economic situation. You may think it`s safe but don`t count on it! Uncle Sam is a thief and so are the big banks ! The Government is pretty much owned by the banks and lenders of the world. Our money isn`t even printed by the Government, The Federal Reserve is not an agency of the Government , it is a banking organization ! So are we (the people ) really in debit (national Debit) ? Not really the banks own that debit not the people but they want you and I to think so !

i think its different from state to state and casinos.i just won 5800 last weekend here in northern mi and dude came right up and asked cash or check, and proceeded to tell me if i took a check there would be no taxes taken and if i got paid cash it would be taxed but not what i thought.so i asked what the cash payout was and took the 5600.i was thinking i might lose 20 to 30% but something to do with indian reservations it was not too shabby lol.
to the op,why dont you find a new bank and just keep your money smelling better.spray some perfume on that shit and tell em your girlfriend is a stripper lol. but i read our congress is trying to fix this problem because they know alot of us just dont bother with banks, and they are missing out on a boatload of taxes.i thought i read where oregon or washington state had already fixed it on the state level?

Statist banks are so working slaves don't think about their true-built wealth being stolen through fractional reserve (and maybe also appealing to those who can't secure/defend themselves or their property).

Best place to keep wealth is invested in something real that will make you more. Second best place is in tangible assets with secure long term value. Decisions between the two then based on your risk tolerance. Also what ever happened to "don't smell, don't tell"?

Next time start up a holdings company or something like that and wash money that way :) i say screw the banks buy a decent bank vault and store money in it i be damned if i will allow banks to use my money to loan and triple there profits yet i make a measly 1 percent interest

What people need to do is start blowing up banks

You're going to fuck yourself harder in the long run due to inflation than fucking the man by keeping your cash in your decent bank vault. I'm not familiar enough with federal law and exactly how it would fuck you in the long run, but I'm confident that regardless of who wins in November, that the government will still be able to fuck you good and plenty. They do not offer reach-arounds, I already asked twice.

You don't need to get down with wacky breaking bad money laundering. Just make sure your cash doesn't smell and claim to be a self employed handyman, guitar teacher, personal trainer, etc. Basically any job where it would be reasonable to have people pay cash. Pay your taxes. Congrats, you are now a successful entrepreneur with a happy customer base.

Edit: setting up an actual company to run money through opens you up to more scrutiny than it is worth. I would imagine it carries some penalty and it creates a pretty strong bit of evidence if the feds opt to go after you over taxes.

lol because I live in 2016, not 1986. You can't do anything without a major credit/debit card dude. I like to travel and rent cars and use airbnb and get cash out of foreign atms and pay my bills via direct debit so I don't have to remember them...and stuff like that.

I seriously doubt my money smelled like weed. But yeh, the casino idea is definitely a winner. I would love a check actually, if it wasn't taxed. You are lucky. I'm pretty sure my buddy told me that here any check over $1200 is taxed and any amount of cash is not taxed. Oh and in WA where I am there are credit unions for business accounts of licensed rec stores but there are no banks that allow personal or business accounts where the customer does not have a state license.

You can travel anywhere on cash , you don`t need to rent a car but I`ve rented one with cash before with no problems. Don`t rent cars very often because I own enough I never need to rent one. I have taken taxi`s. paid for airline tickets and paid for public transport like train trips and taken tour busses all with cash. Most of the time I drive my own trucks. Cash works just fine for me most of the time. When I`m going out of town I sometimes use my debit card that works like a major bank card but isn`t credit. I just load my bank account up before I go and empty it back down when I come back. I use a small local bank for my only account. I don`t make any profit on medical as everything gets reinvested anyway. My money comes from other means. But if I did have any extra cash it would be governed the same way.

I can't think of a single reason why a bank would need a federal tax report to keep your account open, or why the bank would go looking...are you in good standing with the IRS? Every grower I know in legal trouble in CO was either very stupid or the subject of a joint operation between the IRS and the DEA.

All sorts of computer flagging happening these days, if the IRS requested info, your bank could have been the good guys and just shut your account down for you.

Finally talked to somebody in senior management with the balls to tell me the real story. They claim my money smells like marijuana and they could not locate my federal tax report to confirm my income source. Oh well, fuck em. At least they aren't reporting me to chexsystems so I will be able to open another account somewhere else.

Are there any good national banks that aren't such nazis about this thing we do?
