Pest problem, need some advice

as far as pests go they are not the worse
just dry back properly from time to time

is that self watering trays?

yes, I bought a full AC Infinity kit and they came with it. Haven’t set up the wicking system yet, trying to figure things out one at a time I’m a busy guy and I like the “keep it simple” method with full automation.

Why pass on Neem Oil?

DE+drybacks would be more efficient as they occupy the root zone
and just looking at that yellow there- I would pass any sprays, that's my opinion
