ph down amount per gallon of water

how much is needed per gallon of water. I added 1/4 tsp to a gallon of water that had a ph of 7. It causes the ph to drop to a ph of 3.6. I am growing in soil

I have some dyna for pro tekt which I've heard will raise my ph. how much should I use to get a gallon of distilled water from 3.5 to around 6.3
