Ph down to get to 2 - 2.5

Hi I am hoping someone can help me with my issue. I have a treatment for my citrus that calls for 2.5 - 2 ph. I start with distilled water a pretty solid 7 benchmark. I need to get it to 2?-2.5 ph. I need 25 ml how much ph down to add?

Just use vinegar no water no difference at that ph

Use vinegar and baking soda for ph up and ph down.
