So i recently had a problem where my EC being fed to the plants was 2.4-2.8 depending where they are at in the life cycle. Well i experienced some problems which you can look at here

So my i recently started checking my run off EC and am finding that it is above 4.0. Now this is no bueno. So for the last two feedings i have been feeding half strengthish at 1.5-1.7. My runoff is still high and the Ph of the coco is in the range of 5.0-5.6.
What can i do to correct this problem now? future?
I was feeding so that there was only 10% runoff. I also started thinking that this problem started when i switched to the plastic grow bags. I believe that it might have something to do with aeration and or light penetrating through the bag.
