More info please.

What info do you need?
Nanolux cmh 315
240v
Not overamping them at all, the issue is a metal halide issue as cmh is that. The jacketing on them is supposed to be super sturdy because they have high pressure on startup with the gas reaction. The narrow stem is breaking inside straight horizontally. Nano now gives parmax brand with their lights, I purchased these a while back and they were never used until now.

Excellent light quality and grows the best smoke I have ever had. I will be keeping the same color spectrum and frequency bulb. However, I will not be using philips

Had to be a bad box of bulbs. The bulbs were warrantied no? I have not seen many phillips failures reported. Were they in different ballasts?

Bro nanolux dropped them for this reason. Nah no different ballasts, if you have a commercial grow stay the fuck away. Bulb cost + labor to fix bulbs + lost yield for missing light = not worth it. I had the same issue with them 3 years ago. Honestly my ceramics grow the best tree but I'm switching to the new gavitta LEDs because this is just not even optional.

I like my cmh mixed with hps. I have not had a problem but have only gone through 3 phillips 315w 3100k bulbs.

There was/is an issue with cmh bulbs. There is a spot weld that breaks off during shipping. Iirc, someone had mentioned this yrs back. And made a post or a thread dedicated specifically for this issue.
