phosphorus def?? started at top?

so i fed my 5week old plants fora nova grow 1 week ago. my super lemon haze now has phosphorus problem on the top of the plant instead of starting at bottom. some of the bottom leaves are wrinkled and look like they want to start trning yellow i will have pics up later . there in soil and this is the first time giving them food. fed them 1/4 tsp. i wanna flush it out. any info please thanks
