Sorry! I shouldnt say dont do it but rather I recommend not doing it hahaha. I ignored the warnigs of people who said that is not good under 12/12 because Im stubborn as a mule and I really like that strain, Im just telling you my experience feel free to try it yourself, maybe you will be luckier than what I was but yeah... I think 12/12 is way too far from 18/6 which is the minium people advice for autos. I used 12/12, 18/6 and 20/4. 12/12 is shit, 18/6 is the best and 20/4 the fastest if you dont count 24, which can be the fastest but good luck with the buds being high quality when you dont let your plants sleep. The quality difference is already noticeable from 20/4 to 18/6, I cant imagine if you deprive them of any sleep at all. 20/4 is still pretty good quality though.
EDIT: Perhaps there's a concrete strain or family that can do well in 12/12 because of their native location. I used 20/4 and 18/6 many times but 12/12 only once.

I never had plants on 24 and I don't intend to.
Too many important thing happen during the night.
Even flop of fans is important, makes them stronger at base.

I will keep the shitty one and all tent in photoperiod. But I will try 12/12 with auto in the future just at the same time I will run 20/4 and compare. I'm interested in the subject 😉

I went under pinneapple's canopy today
It was quite comfortable with old lady raise knees pillow 🤣

1140 mechanic

I moved the retarded one into corner even more giving her only 4 on 4 squares and moved bigger girls tentacles into her grid.
At the same time I pushed rest of fans up above the net, checked the old ones, checked trunks (they doubled in size) and looked for signs of infection or troubles.
All good 👍

Lettuce almost healed and tissue looks very healthy.
I removed all the elastic as it was already digging into her bits and left her be just covering hole with some black tape.
Brave girl 🙃 I want that filled now and big scar tissue there.

Crack

And at the end I released girls from all the old restrains from pots including main colas.
Total freedom from now on with just the net 🔲 and girls supporting each other 👨‍👩‍👦
Together with 13,5h of light as it is start of week two in flower now.

Greetings 🤟

Of course, the more people that try it the better but be prepared to be underwelmed with the autos at 12/12 just in case hahaha. Im not a fan of the slow transition to 12/12 youre doing either, Im not here to break your "balls" but those plants should have way more pistils by now, its week 2 and they look like they are at week 1 at most (I think you were experimenting with that aswell?). But Im glad youre doing it because I can see without trying myself. And dont call your plant retarded, she is special 😂 . That said I praised you and praise you for keeping that canopy so even and well distributed, my grows dont look as good because Im too lazy to LST them, takes effort to keep them like that big props, its pleasant to the eyes.
EDIT: And healthy, they look very healthy right now.

eee. I don't mind slow, low and full
allowed me to position them more meticulous
they are at week one- 6 days exactly 😉 they have time
got to add few days of recovery from extreme sqashy sqashy to the equation
you ball breaker 🤣

6 or 7?
"as it is start of week two in flower now."
If you dont mind them taking longer so you keep passing through the net thats fine but its not for me. I want them to hurry, thats why I spend money in high quality hormones~ plus I dont see any benefit on doing it, none of my plants hermed on me by transitioning to 12/12, I had hermies but it was later on in flower and I know why it happened. Ill buy you the sqashy sqashy excuse, they do need to recover 😛 but if theyre not on 12/12 they dont release as many flowering chemicals so its logical that they also take longer because of that, thats why they take longer outdoors too.
Im a bit of a ball breaker yes but Im glad you do experiments, I do too. I fucked up my bubble gum autos just like youre gonna fuck up yours but nobody could have stoped me from trying. I also give credit where credit is due, youre doing great, I wish my grow looked like that.
EDIT: Also Im curious, how is the stretching with the slow transition method? Are they stretching slower? I wonder if they will stretch more than usual but slower or the same but slower.

will be cutting hours next night so I guess 6,5ish? :)
I really don't mind slower. Look how long I vegged 🤣
I love passing them through the nets 😍 took me a week to position some of them from the moment I squashed them. Gives great satisfaction when end finally sits tight and enjoys the place ☀️
I do not flower gradually to avoid hermies.
I rather do that to imitate as much as I can natural conditions. If it saves me from hermies too- even better 🙃
Same as I don't think meddling with them will cause hermies like you do as I goat in mine for long years.
Cannabis is tough. If it's healthy it should recover quick enough. If it's genetically prone, weak or new or wrong- you will encounter hermies. Had certain strains that were fussy and hermied often. I just don't grow them anymore. Not to say how many of them was in grows decades ago 🤣
Thanks for suggesting I will fuck up my plants but let's give them time shall we? 😉

I meant meddling with autos, photos are totally fine to train, you have as long as you wish. Thats why I dont agree with the statement that autos are better for beginers, fuck up and nothing you can do to correct it before it goes to flower. Of course Ive seen people train autos succesfully, there's this guy on youtube who has mastered autos, MrCanucks, if youre into youtube Im pretty sure the name at least rings a bell, he grows pretty monster sized buds with autos but he has been growing mostly autos for a very long time. If thats your case aswell and you can train autos because you know which strains are good for it and how to not stress it too much, then sure, I have no reason to doubt you but training autos is a dangerous thing to do if you dont know what youre doing. Even just toping the wrong auto will give you cotton candy buds because it has happened to me ☹️. LSTing them should be fine, youre only guiding the stems, that doesnt stress them a lot, but Im not into that even though I know is way better for production.
About the hermies yeah Im totally with you, sometimes its just genetics and nothing you can do about it, I used the term shitty seed instead but it doesnt necessarily have to be a shitty seed. I said youre gonna fuck up your autos under 12/12, your current grow is going great as I said. Im not gonna say I wish my grow looked like yours if I think youre fucking them up hahahaha. Autos and 12/12 dont do well, Ive been warned, still did it and thats what happened. That said I didnt search for a particular strain that might do well under 12/12, I just had bubblegum and I wanted bubblegum so maybe if you try to dig some info you can find an auto that does better under 12/12 than mine did.
About the gradual 12/12 again, yes I also agree that it can be useful if you want to elongate the transition time to pass more branches through the net but Id still go for speed, youre clearly going for higher yield but I dont know what does that have to do with a slower transition. I cant think of any science that would make sense with that, if you know something I dont please say so. You dont always want them to be like they are in nature, you wont expose your indoor plants to 30ºC or more right? But thats how many outdoors plants have to flower, in Spain you can even expect 40ºC before you harvest if you live in the south. And the humidity is another thing we like to control if possible and not leave it to whatever the weather decides. With the light I believe is the same, if you can transition faster using 12/12 and is not risky, I dont see why the plant would benefit from an extended flowering time unless you want more time like in your case.

autos are not here yet 😉 and l also don't want to elongate transition nor am I going for load
I just grow myself buds to smoke 🤣
and I don't have any scientific evidences that my way of grow is right
It's just my way
no need to overthink it in thousand particles 🤟

Okie dokie no more ball breaking 😞 Im just like that kid that no matter what you answer is gonna keep asking why, I know I can get annoying hahaha, sorry.
I have a paid assistant that tells me when I need to shut the fuck up because I have trouble with that but he is on vacation right now.

No worries. It's hard to annoy me and my balls are hard as walnuts 🤣 😉
I can't really answer your question as I have no comparison, I flower like this for years, just few people I know do- most do sudden 12/12. Is 12/12 faster? Probably. Is there difference in weight? I have no idea. Is stretch slower? Probably
For me fact of giving more daylight to develop and lack of desperate stretch are important.
People have their own way of doing stuff 🙃
We don't have unfortunately two tents with same plants that we could check theories on. Maybe in the future 👍

where did he go? 🤣 the assistant

Oi Oi 🤟

Bunch climbing slowly. everybody stayed in their place after release 👍 and there's maybe 8 free squares left
I do nothing now, just sometimes opening the tent and looking at them smoking a joint 🤣 and controlling lettuce as I will have to mind that break again I noticed- it back cracked. Just I'm in no mood for crawling under there yet 😉

Right now they climbed to 24-26" from light.
I am not readjusting as I don't see any light stress so far.
Lights are still on 50%- 320W
They are pulling bars of grid up feckers👆 I will have to soon secure in DIY blonde styla that first grid bars

I might have increased intensity of light to 6 this morning which is 384 watsonses as it looks like they want more light 🤔
What do you think @BudRanger1919? Light hungry?

Morning

I have a plan to crank it up to 7 in start of third week after I will LST that freedom to bars
then I will hang Phlizon FD9600 1000W instead and crank it up to half
I have no idea if my plan have sense
wish me happy pineapple toasting in case 🤣

Same thing happened to mine after the flip, they looked exactly like that haha. I went a little nuts on the increase though. I should have kept it to just 60%! But I increased it further and regretted it 🤣 to me it looks like those leaves look like they are loving it. Especially knowing how healthy they are. With light increases I am going to keep mine once per week, slowly. I think it takes a while for plants to adjust to LED increases, because as long as I do it slow they are fine.
Edit to add: I went from 50, to 60, to 70, then to 80 very quickly. If I had of just stayed at 60 they might have appreciated it more.

your increase is every two or every one on spiderfarmer?
yes, it seems it's very delicate balance. You are a bit ahead so I am learning on your mistakes 🤣 Thank you my friend 🤟
