Hi everyone.

I have 8 plants approximately two weeks old.
They are White Widow photoperiodics.
The pots you see in the pictures are 1 gallon pots.

Going with the general opinion, I will keep the 4 most promising ones, as it's not feasible having 8 plants in a 4 x 4 tent...

Question now is: which are they? The biggest? The bushiest?

I see to have two batches from different mothers: the A and the B plants.

The B plants came from bigger darker seeds. The A plants' seeds were a bit smaller.

I'm guessing all the B-plants are keepers, but still room for one more of the A-section.

So........... which ones to keep?

Thanks!

A4 looking best to me, at least she looks like the fastest one.
Keep in mind that position in tent might have an impact on growth, thtats why some might be faster as others, or do you rotate pots?

Yes, I do change the pots' position every day so they all receive different light every day, but hopefully in the long run it balances out. (not sure if it's a common practice, because it's my first grow but... well, looking at the light distribution maps, it just seems common sense.)

you keep all until your getting close to running out of room..
you never know what can happen, and you can’t tell anything yet from those..

i took another closer look, those bags seem to be loosely pack and not filled up.. i think you can easily grow all 8 in there as they won’t be very big..
soon you’ll need something to allow for airflow between the bag and saucer.. i use golf balls- allows for airflow and i can spin bags around but i pack my bags full..

I agree keep them all for awhile..even into flower.bigger isnt always better.my biggest plant end of veg ended up with the smallest buds and a plant that was stressing ended up being bigger and a better pheno ,big buds and dank af..the smallest one atm could very well turn out the best ..you could veg shorter to keep them all.if you had another tent you could take a couple cutting off ea and when you know which is the best one you could take cuttings of them and grow em out nxt grow..

It's not actually visible on those pictures, but yes, I do have some rubbery spongy disks I've cut to raise the pots (off one of those "plastic spaghetti" things that kids use in pools).

And yes, the pots are not filled up to the brim, but they're pretty much packed. Also have some perlite and clay inside along with the soil.
