IMO cfl is the best light you can have for seedlings and early veg. It will probably be about 2-3 weeks then they move to the flower room under hps/led mix.

I do see some effects from low humidity. But they do adapt. here's some 12 day purple chem grown at better humidity.

I increased temp and humidity a couple days ago 83f and 64rh. Leap temps 79. They seem to like it.
