PK needed or should be used during flowering?

Yep. I always err on the side of less nutes. You can always bump it up, but if they get fried you can't undue the damage.

Last question. Should I add this is with my weekly regular nutes or feed them then follow with this separately?

I'd say mix in with your regular nutes, but maybe someone with PK booster experience will chime in.
