When does the plant gender start showing, do you have to switch it into flower before it starts showing?

When does the plant gender start showing, do you have to switch it into flower before it starts showing?

The plant SHOULD start showing after 2-3 months of veg. I don't know the exact count of nodes but if I had to guesstimate, Id guess it would be around the 7-8th set of nodes.

Once the plant shows sex you can continue vegging for however long you want really..I mean after a few cuts of clones or whatever you'll no longer have a use but yeah...
