Plant Problem Indoors Need Help

I'm at a loss here, my one plant has looked like this ever since it sprouted its true leafs. It's not over or under watered, light is far enough way, and temp and humidity are good, i transplanted it roughly 2 weeks ago into fox farm ocean forest hoping it would turn it around but still droopy curling leaves, it just never perks up.

How well does the soil drain in that plastic bucket?

Ways to determine if you need to water
1. Pick up the container, feel and remember what it feels like. Water when it feels pretty light.
2. Take a finger, stick it in the to your 2nd knuckle. If you feel moisture don't water, if you don't then water.
Water from the edge of the container to encourage root growth.

fabric pot or basket will stop that build up of water , ive started using baskets for pond plants , good airflow good drainage

Yes I know all that, I know when a plant needs water and when it doesn't. just added water before I took this picture. And it still hasn't changed. There is nothing wrong with the drainage

Okay... So, what do you think is causing the leaves to look so puffy and bloated?

Well I wouldn't be here now would I if I knew LOL. I've been growing for 15-20 years i think I know when a plant is over watered or not, when my other plant of the same strain is fine.

might just be genetic ... not all seeds will result in healthy and vigorous plants, there's always some weirdo within a batch.

If you have a second plant thriving in the same conditions I would say root problem. I never had this with cannabis plant in 15 years as a grower, but I have lost a couple of chilli plants to root problems displaying leaves like this.

I understand you have experience growing, but then again, the folks who responded do too. It looks like a wet soil problem to me, as well. Do you have a soil moisture probe to test it? That would be helpful for diagnosis. Knowing the temperature and humidity would help, too. The bloated looking leaves could (maybe) be due to a low VPD (basically excessively high humidity).

The OP said he has another plant of the same strain that's doing well. You could still be right, though.

Helpful information is usually in the form of WHAT you are doing and HOW you are doing it. When you post here asking a question and then just say "i know everything is fine so whats the problem someone tell me" its literally impossible for anyone to help....

So lets start figuring things out. How much water? How often? What kinda pot? Size? What kinda light? Intensity? Distance? Temps? Humidity?

Answer all that, and you might get helpful answers from people here.

Thanks, but when I transplanted about 2 weeks ago the roots were fine and the plant looked the same just not as tall. As I was thinking and someone mention genetics

I have two same-strain plants in a 2x3 tent that were grown from seeds from the same batch from RQS. Nevertheless, the two plants grew very differently, despite just about every environmental factor being the same for them. They're about halfway through flowering. Such differences are not uncommon.
