ok a few things,.. be prepared to start over possibly,.. and if so we’re here to help you be successful,.,
your main issue is your watering habit,..
you may have pests,.. and probably every other problem,..
honestly i’d start over,..
i would like to know what you have for growing and maybe see the space your using for growing,..

It’s a 4x4 tent that was sanitized with rubbing school in a spray bottle, before anything was put in it. Using a spider farmer light with a dimmer switch. Light is turned down a bit, maybe at fifty percent.

When a plant is over watered for too long the roots die and Jack the pH. This especially in a solo cup is not recoverable in the solo cup.
Would recommend some preparation for your next grow. Use the awesome folks here to help you.
Click on the 3 horizontal bars and look around for the forums list. Scroll down and find grow diaries. Once in grow diaries use the spyglass to put keywords like your grow medium, nutrition choice, and perhaps your strain in the search. This will populate a list that matches your choices. You can then read the diaries and learn what works and what does not

Another good website is
www.growweedeasy.com. Lots of knowledge ready to fill.

Nursing your plants to health would be difficult, but possible. A lot can be learned by helping a sick plant to recover.

You're using too much light for young plants. 25% or less would be better.

I think I would start by transplanting them to larger fabric pots with soil that drains well. That would include about 30% perlite.

What soil are you using? It looks like it could be too wet.

What nutrients have you been using, if any?

They look infected with a bacteria, from the roots, and its probably impossible to fix. You might be able to clone them and start fresh but even that clone may be sick. Its best to start fresh. Its not a big deal. Some to do s. Sterlize them cups, or consider using small 1 gal fabric pots. Your dirts impossible to sterlize, i evne run into pests with promix. but get promix. and get a bottle of microbe lift off amazon. when you water you use the bt to manage flys. you wont have flys eating at your plants roots now. lower light output for seedlings and young plants someone already pointed out. consider a t5 blue bulb, just one for a while. but thats equipment. if you cant get that just dim the spiderfarmer. watering is an art. for seedlings and young plants. to little, they don't grow, to much and the roots die and open up to bacteria and pests. them drippers used to cook turkeys, real good for watering small plants. it takes a while to get the hang of watering. your water. what temp is it? 60 to 75 is ideal. whats ph. try to keep it around 6. are you filtering the water or using straight faucet water? faucet water is actually fine, but you should take the time to let the chlorine evap for young plants, thats not long. you can get an ro filter for that too. theres a lot to this. my first harvest in 2014 was 3.5 grams. my shit hermed from led from my plug...lmao.

It's hard to say what's causing that chlorosis on the leaves. It could be an infection. It could be insects. The first thing I'd do, however, is rule out light and/or nutrient burn and/or overwatering. That means getting the plants into a healthy environment, which includes light, soil, water, relative humidity, and temperature. That may be all they need. If not, continue looking for other problems. It's often best not to try too many fixes at once.

Thanks for all the advice. I will take pics of set up when I can. No need to save current plants as I have some to replace them that are currently elsewhere. I’ll turn light to twenty five per cent and mix up some nutrient water for them. I was using fox farm but I switched to a potting mix with good drainage.

Sounds like a good plan.

They may not need nutrients yet, so be careful with that. We'll need to see some pictures so we can know how to advise. Fox Farm soil is fine. I use it. It, like other soils, needs perlite for growing cannabis. (Seriously!) I found it's easy to burn plants with FF nutrients, though. Your plants may have more than one problem, and I'm guessing nutrient burn could be one of them.

Reducing the light intensity reduces stress on a plant, so that's a commonly used method to help an ailing plant recover.
