Hi everyone I'm hoping someone can tell me what is causing my plant to look this way. I have 12 plants all under the same growing circumstances outdoor and this is the only one not looking really healthy. Thanks for your help

Super soil compost mix which is kelp meal , oyster shell, worm castings, bat guano, etc... but all the other plants have the same exact soil mix and they are super healthy and there's no bugs. They all we're in some really cold temperatures overnight a couple weeks ago I'm thinking that's what might be causing it but all the other plants are like 100% healthy

And the plant is growing but it's growing at a slower rate than the rest of the plants. The leaves just look crinkly

Tga seeds
They all get the same amount of light
I just checked for bugs with a scope and no sign of mites
All other plants are perfect
Maybe just overall stress?

Broad or russet mites. Even with a microscope are sometimes impossible to see. They'll hide in the crevices of the leaves and lay eggs inside the plant. Does the plant look even more glossy in person?

The plant has been looking a little better lately and not really glossy but if it is the broad mites what's the best treatment for that?
