So I did plant tissue culture work for years and it is not something to undertake lightly and without a specific purpose. You need an autoclave, a sterile hood and training in sterile technique or you will just get rot. You also really need a reason to do it that makes sense. Doing apical meristem culture to generate virus free plants of a valuable strain is the only one that might justify it. It is a shitload of work with a high failure rate.
