Sounds like a larva of some kind.. Can you get a clearer pic of them?
And what soil were these in?
If It was me I would not use it,but if you have too,you can put the soil in a pillow case and run a couple gallons of boiling water thru it to kill all of those..
Then add some Mycos and EWC to replenish what you killed.

Might be springtails? Do they look like this? If so, they are harmless. They are very small, like a very small ant.

Anytime the rhizosphere is balanced and in check these lil buggers will be everywhere. They are very beneficial to your soil and usually found when organic matter is high in the soil.

Here's a link for yea for your bug ID :)

Expensive means nothing, if the soil was ever stored outdoors, by the distributor or by the manufacturer then pests got in. Hopefully those are beneficial insects eating the pests...

Did you mix the FF soils or did you add separate? As in FFOF in the bottom and HF in the middle /top layers.
If they are mixed ,then your soil might be too hot for seedlings.
Ocean Forest is hot by itself, but if you add the HF in the middle ( like you transplanted ) then your seeds should be ok .
I would think.
I'm about to put 6 Autos in a raised bed outdoors. I have mixed OF in the soil with Topsoil ,compost/condition .. Then I dug my holes and added three gallons of FFOF in holes. I then removed a 12oz cups worth from the center and added FF Light Warrior soil. Then I covered with weed blocker.
I'm sorry I ramble at times.
Yours look good so far . Keep em green and growing.
