Yes. Like I said. I didn't know the best word for starting a seed in another plant's stem. Maybe there isn't a word for that. That doesn't mean rejection couldn't or wouldn't eventually occur, though, should a seedling live long enough to be rejected.I think we’re pretty much on the same page, it’s a problem of grafting incompatible cell types, but not really rejection.
