Ok, ok so I guess this is where I start eating crow. The damage I was seeing was so isolated that I didn't figure it could be since the last time I was seeing less damage but, every plant had it, and all over. Not to mention it looked so extensive on just a few of the leaves that it just didn't seem possible to not be seeing it in other places too, like, on the same plant even.
So, obviously, I found the little bastards.I'm not real sure what this spray is that I have but, I bought it for mites, it says it will kill spider mites and their eggs and I did a couple little tests with it today and it certainly appeared to kill the little fuckers on contact. I'm planning to go on a mission with that stuff and see what happens.

This pic was after I had sprayed his ass and had been watching to see if there was any life left there. I was surprised how good a pic I was able to get looking through a 40x eye loupe, I just cropped the pic down a couple times to bring it further into the foreground.
I found last time that my 40x loupe was better for finding these fuckers than my 60-120x scope, certainly for searching for them on a leaf anyway.
So yeah, I was wrong, never been afraid to admit it, ain't gonna start now.

You know, we never did get a final tally on the average height of that GG4 run you did recently @G gnome

What's up with that shit bro? You go getting us to guess, with promises of some ridiculous we don't even care about, (lmao), but I'd like to know who won, damnit!
I thought I had a pretty good guess there, especially once I saw where they were at in your pics. If I remember right, my guess was 54" (4.5'), but who knows, my memory can be sketchy. Although I haven't forgotten this!!!

Ah, alright then. I never saw anything said about it on here and I was interested to see how that went, must've been a private announcement, huh? Haha What was the winning guess?
Lucky bastard, we all just love those damn mites, who wouldn't welcome them aboard!

Ah ok it’s a book by david Mitchell. They made a pretty awful film out of it. But the book is a real trip and very original. I’d go as far as to say it’s a master piece

No he got that plant from me. I haven't had mites in at least 2 years. And I'm not having any signs of mites now.
I hate too think I gave you a bug Pops. I thought you dipped them as soon as you got them and damn near killed them doing so.

Yeah, I didn't dip them, I sprayed them down but, I don't remember if I did all of them. I'm thinking the unrooted cuts didn't get it.
I'm also wondering if they came from you or gravekat.
I told myself after last time that I wouldn't take cuts from anyone again but, the temptation is too great.
I don't blame anyone for giving them to me anyway, I know there's always a risk taking cuts and I didn't even have brains enough to scope them when I got them, nobody's fault but my own.

Did you use your old dirt? They could also come from a new bag of dirt, some houseplants catch them quick too.

I obtained some cuts two years or so ago. Put them in my tent while still in veg but those never made it and flipped two weeks later. Now short after flip I start seeing some damage on my leaves I never experienced before. White random spots you can't wipe off. So start reading up and realize I have spider mites. It was beginning of the summer, temps were high and conditions were perfect for an outbreak. I bought a spray can with rape oil and pyrethrin. Sprayed my plants 100%. Looked like I knocked them out for sure if not eradicated. Two weeks later another break out but this time on a single plant of the bunch. Another spray and they never came back. In the mean time a wee little rose plant i bought my wife for her birthday is dying with same symptoms and a cacti next to it too. So I got rid of those two plants and called it a day. Those already got to wear some webbing while I was fighting a battle in my tent in the next room. Now two years later I bring my wife same little rose plant for her birthday and two weeks later that plant is fully infested and dead but nothing else around it, even those plants that were physically touching it. Nada. So I thought I got those spider mites from the guy that sent me clones as he told me he had them short before he shipped those cuts and wasn't sure for himself if he actually took care of them. In the end it turns out those bugs never came with those cuts but I brought them in myself. Twice.

I welcome spider mites to breakfast! On a small scale they are easy to deal with. Have tough tony send you a bit if he avid, probally not worth it to by a bottle.
I’ve had to charge spider mites, hemp/broad mites,pm,a plethora of diseases, hermies all to the game multiple times. I wouldn’t wish the russets on my worst enemy! Good god, anytime a problem erupts I say thank god it’s not the HRM.
I think you will be able to eradicate without much effort.

When I first started I started from seed and some how got em mainly because of how god awful it was lol. I spray every 3 days with green cleaner and or neem . I dip all incoming cuts into avid /azamax then azamax / green cleaner at a house miles away from my current spot.
