Please Help, deficiency problem?

Hey, I decided to pop some Ogiesel beans 17 days ago and have run into a deficiency problem the other day in one of two phenos, I was hoping someone could help me out.

Magnesium or the ph is too high to allow the plant to absorb the mag particles.Without all the facts its really hard to say.
