Doesn't look like a deficiency, looks like it was put out in the sun before being acclimated to it.

Thanks. I thought I had acclimated it enough... but I don't know how to properly I guess. I put it in a large pot with organic soil. The new leaves look ok. Hopefully it will pull through. On transplants you don't fertilize until they get used to the new digs, right?

It looks like it just needs repotted, and yes, don't add nutes until its used to its new home, You can add vitamin b or root stimulator. only lightly

looks like heat/enviormental stress, and that yellowed out leaf near the bottom is what it looks like for me when something was underwatered and killed off the leaf itself
